To better serve prospective recruitment candidates at this healthcare system, information services implemented a new HR portal that would improve customer experiences across the hiring process. Part of my role as Director of Marketing—Interim, I led the internal UX process to understand the potential users of the portal, the new SAS functionality, and architect the new front-end experience with the portal’s architecture.

Information Architecture

This was a substantial revision to the existing general content section of the website, which would now integrate with a third party SAS. The annotated sitemap outlined the relationship between both parts of the site, the linking relationships, and new user flows.

Wireframes

Annotated wireframes were used to frame up content strategy and creation. Because we were working within the existing global site UI and brand design, the wireframes included some visual content to help product owners visualize the new page designs.
